KEVIN S. BROSS has been advocating for clients across Missouri and Illinois since he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2020. Kevin has handled all types of cases, having been both a prosecuting attorney, criminal defense lawyer, and civil litigator at law offices big and small.
This diversity of experience has given Kevin the opportunity to practice law in numerous arenas, but always with an emphasis on litigation. He has experience representing parties on each side of legal matters, including being appointed the Monroe County Missouri Interim Prosecuting Attorney, a job which saw him prosecuting all levels of cases, from homicides to traffic tickets.
These opportunities have given Kevin the chance to accumulate substantial experience int he courtroom, including successful outcomes in all manner of trials and hearings. Never one to shy away from a challenge, he has established himself as someone who clients go to when they need a fighter to maximize results with a client focused approach to practicing law.
Beyond his time as Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney, Kevin has also worked as a public Defender in Adams County and a litigation attorney with Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice, before coming back to Quincy to Schmiedeskamp, Robertson, Neu & Mitchell.
Kevin was born and raised in Palmyra, Missouri, where he graduated from Palmyra High School before attending Truman State for undergraduate studies and then the University of Missouri School of Law.
When he isn't representing clients, Kevin enjoys spending time with his fiancé and family, playing sports, and rooting on the St. Louis Cardinals.
Kevin is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois state and federal courts.
